Concert: musical repetoire

The Embassy of the Republic of Albania to The Netherlands is honored to
invite you to a fundraising concert on 28 February 2020, to support the
reconstruction of the National Museum “House of Leaves” in Tirana.

This new museum, which stands for the protection of human rights, is
damaged by the strong earthquake of 26 November 2019 and it remains
closed to all visitors.

Please join us to attend a wonderful concert on Friday, 28 February
2020, from 19.00 at the Keizersgracht Kerk in Amsterdam.

We are glad to present you with renowned Albanian, Italian, Romanian,
Belgian and Mexican artists will present an extraordinary musical
repertoire as a sign of their solidarity.

This concert is organized in cooperation with the Embassy of Italy to
the Netherlands and Dutch - Albanian Foundation.

The Dutch - Albanian Foundation will transfer the collected funds to
House of Leaves museum. All the proceeds will be used to fix the damages so that the museum will
be open to the public.

The concert:

Italian Social Music band, led by Enrico le Noci - guitar, Luca Ridolfo – piano, Giulio Scianatico – double bass, Egidio Gentile – drums and cymbals will perform their best jazz repertoire. Sitar player Nicolas Mortelmans from Belgium and bansuri (Indian bamboo flute) player Aura Rascón from Mexico will improvise and lift our spirits with the Indian classical music. Renowned Albanian pianist, Mirsa Adami will play with the renowned Romanian violinist from the Gaudi Kwartet, Florin Negreanu. Jon Tarifa, Albanian pop singer and song writer, and Altin Kaftira, former dancer with the Dutch National Ballet, will be the moderators.
